Shipping Policy

We ship your products the same day your payment has been verified. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your order’s Tracking Number. Rest assured that all products will be packaged securely, making sure they are safe throughout shipping.

Once orders have been placed, it is not possible to cancel them due to the quick delivery process.

However, if you are not happy about your orders, we would like you to check our Warranty and Return Policy pages or send an email to support@sonemone.com

We will do our best to keep you satisfied with Sonemone.


Return

Our Return Policy
Did you love your order? If not, see below for all the return details.

For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. For manufacturer defects, we will cover return shipping. But returns for other reasons such as mishandling will not be honored.

When returning a product, they should be unaltered in any way and should be in their original packaging.

Follow through our return process for your return requests to be honored.

Secure a return code
Before sending your products, please tell us your reason of returning and send over product photos to support@sonemone.com. After inspecting within 72 hours, we will send you back a Return Code authorizing the return together with the return address. Please do not simply ship back to seller.

Ship to return
After acquiring the Return Code, please ship the product to the return address attached on the email.

Wait for your product to arrive
We will ship the exchange products as soon as we receive the product/s from you. We will also send you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the shipment.

Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Plus by Sonemone returns are free! We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise purchased online in the original packaging for return or exchange.

Your Sonemone products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and manufacturing.

Each is quality tested to make sure that they are in the best working conditions once they reach you.

We are confident that our products would help you out in the kitchen and we are always after your satisfaction.

If our products are found defective, please contact us through support@sonemone.com or check our Return Policy.

We cover manufacturer defects but we are not held accountable for damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear of the products, or improper handling.
